Two months after making the move to 32nm computing through the adoption of Intel's Calpella platform and Core i3 processors, HP's TouchSmart tm2 convertible tablet has received another upgrade by being added one Core i5 CPU option.
Beside the 'new' 1.20 GHz Core i5-430UM chip, HP's 12.1-inch portable PC packs up to 8GB of RAM, a 320/500/640GB hard drive, integrated graphics or a Mobility Radeon HD 5450 discrete card, a 5-in-1 card reader, a TrueVision webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, and a 6-cell battery.
The TouchSmart tm2 can be found here and has a starting price tag of $830.
