AOC preps 10 new widescreen LCD monitors

AOC is making a big back-to-school push as it's planning on releasing ten new LCD monitors for business and home use in August. The upcoming displays feature 18.5-inch, 19-inch, 21.5-inch, 22-inch and 23-inch panels - four models boasting a WLED backlight, while the rest have a CCFL backlight.

AOC's LCDs go from 1366 x 768 to 1920 x 1080 in terms of resolution, have a contrast ratio of 60,000:1 (CCFL) or 20,000,000:1 (WLED), a 2/5ms response time, and D-Sub and DVI connectors. Certain models also include built-in speakers, and a USB hub.

The monitors' prices have not been revealed.
